During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. The mountain setting added a special charm to the overall experience. It was great to find a pub-like ambience where we could relax and enjoy tasty food, local craft beer, and good wine. The comfortable room provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the nearby La Bonette pass. And we can't forget to mention the adorable resident hotel hound that our little dog absolutely adored. The friendly and helpful hosts, including their children, made us feel right at home.
While the hotel offered basic facilities, we found it to be a little overpriced for what was provided. the television in our room was broken, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was basic, but clean and simple. The hotel is located in a perfect spot for exploring the nearby Col de la Bonette. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a sticker from the Bonette when I checked out. The breakfast provided was basic, but good. The hotel also had a restaurant on site, which was a convenient option.
Nothing bad to say.

Our stay at Hotel Bel'Air was a delightful surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food served at the restaurant was absolutely amazing, exceeding our expectations. We were also impressed with the sensible-sized room and the brilliant shower. Plus, the hotel provided a secure storage area for our bikes, which was a huge relief. The location of the hotel was perfect for our cycling adventures, with easy access to various scenic routes. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the older building and the lack of air conditioning, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Hotel Bel'Air for a cycling break or a stop on a cycle tour.
